My purchase didn't arrive

If the payment went through but the coins, gems or item did not arrive, restoring usually fixes it in a few seconds.

1. Check the account Purchases belong to the store or Telegram account you paid with. Sign in with the same one and restore again.
2. Give it a minute After a very recent purchase the store can take up to a minute to confirm.
3. Restart the game Close the game completely and open it again while online.
